We are getting closer to having Centipede plugs available, give me a couple of weeks.

Rio is also coming along but Compadre isn’t looking great right now.

We have propagated El Toro and expect that to be ready and maybe five or six weeks. Our brand new Gateway zoysia could also be ready in maybe 5-6 weeks.

I apologize for the lack of communication but will follow up on that in my next post. I have set in motion, some life-changing decisions and will announce that coming up.

All of our plugs are fully greened up and ready to go except Rio. Our Rio plugs will be available in the next 48 hours due to a late scalp and regrow.

It’s not too late for your pre-emergent, stop crabgrass and Summer weeds before they germinate. 3lbs of product per 1,000 sqft is all you need of this granular 0-0-7 with Prodiamine.

We are still awaiting the installation of our next greenhouse but we have a house full of plugs that will be ready to go in about 8 weeks.

We are currently working on an upgrade to the website and I think you’ll like it. We are also going to add a new and Certified Zoysia this year, it’s called Gateway. We’re so excited about this one.

Only about 20 trays remaining of the 38 cell Rio Bermuda, get it while it is clearance priced. We also have the 50 cell at a slight discount.

IronCutter, Centipede and El Toro are also ready to ship. We’ll be closing online sales for 2025 close to the end of the month.

We just added new grass plug photos on the site and will be completing a revamp of the site soon. Big things coming in 2026 with the possibility of two new grasses and an expansion. Also look for more video content.
