The health department requires restaurants to close the doors if hot water isn’t working as things can’t be properly sanitized without it and closing the doors doesnt pay the bills for the owner or the employees. Performed this emergency tankless swap for this restaurant and doors get to remain open to serve there customers.

This replacement included a 400k btu 850 pound tank, high-low thermostatic mixing valves, heat exchanger piping, recirculating pumps, and a bunch of other necessary components.
