Our offices in Redding, Ca., Chico, Ca., and Medford, Or. are all up and running as usual with offices open for walk in customers during our normal business hours from 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F. As a business in the Door Access Systems Industry, we would like to assure our customers that we are continuing to provide service in all three of our locations and surrounding areas of Redding, Ca, Chico, Ca and Medford, Or. While we are taking the necessary precautions company wide to protect our customers and our employees, we remain dedicated to the needs of our communities as well. Thank you for your support during these unsure times. As a small, family owned company, we are truly grateful for our customers, and for your trust in us. At this time, we are still serving our communities of Redding, Ca; Chico, Ca; and Medford, Or for installations and service. Company wide, we have implemented safety precautions and protocols regarding protection from COVID-19 virus for all all of our staff and service/installation technicians to keep our customers, and our all of our staff as safe as possible while we combat this global virus. While all of our services and installations are available, and our phone lines will be open, we have made the decision that our main office in Redding, Ca will be closed until further notice to public entry as of 8:00 am, pst, March 18, 2020.
