At the time this was one of the larges commercial projects going on in Redding. It was a rewarding to be a part of as Goodwill is certainly a well know company to work with. This was a 30,000 sf renovation of a commercial space. It completely changed the feel of the strip mall and added a fresh new look. This is a 2019 project that was an absolute blast to be a part of. Taking this older single story home and completely renovating it to a gorgeous 2 story beautiful and current home was fantastic. There is nothing better than seeing the before and after of every project like this. The pictures show what it is like now and the drawings show what it will be. Permits are issued and I am looking forward to it being built this spring (2020).
