Please keep in mind as we shift when planning any future events that you keep these few safety measures in mind!!
Tell guest to Stay home if they are sick, ask them to wear mask and gloves if they been sick.
Let them know to cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Request or provide these receptacles with designate signs
Wash your hand, If soap and water are not available, use or bring hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands or touching anyone in groups or gathering
As a way of decreasing the social pressure to engage in these common behaviors example hand shake or high fives, consider displaying signs (physical and/or electronic) that discourage these actions during the gathering.
Continue to clean and wipe down area that exposed frequently example - door handles, tables, counter-tops, bathrooms, cell phones, trash cans, etc. Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily.
Please keep all social events to a minimum as possible state is allowing 50 to 100 guest. We know everyone wants to celebrate with you but is you can suggest send a card or gift its means just as much.
We will ensure that our staff has supplies for event staff and participants, such as hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, tissues, trash baskets, disposable face masks, and cleaners and disinfectants. We will clean frequently touched surfaces, equipment and objects with disinfection, especially surfaces that are visibly to the public.
Stay informed about the local COVID-19 situation. Get up-to-date information about local COVID-19 activity from public health officials. Our goal is your safety first and the safety of our staff as well.
