Project wrapped up in ashland near the mountain. All windows and soffit beams were sprayed 2 coats, fascia boards all done by hand, body sprayed and backrolled two coats and all tongue and groove boards in soffit stained by hand. Great job guys! Was a big job and a tremendous amount of labor.

Job Specifics:

Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs, problem solving skills, self motivated positive, hard working attitude, 2 years construction experience, Valid Driver’s License & Insurance, & transportation to & from work. Must pass background check. We require workers on the job site to be drug, alcohol, and inappropriate language free.

Exterior Season - Help lead painter with prep (scraping, caulking, priming), covering homes (windows, lights, patio furniture, concrete, decks), moving ladders & drop clothes, brush work, and cleanup.

Interior Season - Taping, laying out drop clothes, spackling walls, caulking, removing fixtures, rolling out walls, brush work.

About Greenwood Painting: Greenwood Painting serves all of rogue County (primarily ashland and medford) and siskiyou County focusing on residential re-paints. We provide a wholesome, hardworking environment for both our workers & clientele. Greenwood Painting is a local family run company. This is a full-time job Monday-Friday 8-6 Starting wages are $17.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience level. *Position would start immediately*

Exterior job wrapped up in talent. I am kicking myself for forgetting to take progress pictures. Cedar siding had all been stained and was peeling and flaking everywhere. We came through and machine sanded the entire house, sprayed and backrolled oil primer to the entire house to seal the stain and block tannins, applied a second coat of oil primer by hand to south side, caulked in home, then applied two full coats of paint to the exterior body, trim, and doors. Exterior is back to life!

Large project wrapped up in yreka yesterday afternoon. Shop and house took over 70 gallons of paint. Stucco hadn't been painted in over 30 years. All stucco was sprayed and backrolled and top coated with a second full coat once dry. Trim and shop were all double coated.

Proper prep for lp siding includes scraping and sanding bottom of siding boards where paint is peeling and brushing a a solid primer to seal the wood. Don't skip this step for uour customers..

We prefer to also backbrush the first coat under the boards as well to ensure a long lasting paintjob! !
