We are well under way on a new 272 unit senior living project for ACG Builds Inc. in Tukwila, Wa.

A challenging multi colored exterior scheme requiring all lift work and tough inner 4 story courtyard areas require all ladder work.

We have completed 128 units of interiors this month and start millwork painting in 2 weeks. Going to be a busy winter👍.

Just completed this amazing custom home with guest cottage, outdoor kitchen, elevator and three level painted steel and glass stair system in Clyde Hill for Stackman Custom Homes.

Painting of a custom designed steel stair system step by step from primer to finish. Project required multiple stages before and after wood stair treads and glass railing and lighting installed.
