oice within the last couple years. I acquired experience in framing with steel and lumber as well as insulation and drywall installation in commercial scale grade materials and time frames. Since my journey began in 2015 I have done work for various companies under their supervision on residential and commercial properties. I have been employed by community management and general contractors as well as my own word of mouth, reference to reference small projects. Siding, Patios/Decks, Fencing, Interior/Exterior trim, Windows Removal and Install, Bathroom/Kitchen Cabinets and appliances are a few of the task I have undertaken with an understanding of customer satisfaction and communication skills I strive for. I decided to take the opportunity to acquire a General Contractors license, Bonded and Insured the April of 2025, doing business as Hays & Sons LLc. I have since been gaining accounts to perform safe and detailed work tailored to the needs of communities such as The Pearl on Oyster Bay and Filipino Community Village, both Communities by HumanGood. I have participated and performed work such as Painting, Door sourcing and installation as well as converting from carpet elder living units to Luxury Laminate Vinyl Plank. I have offered my services as a vendor to properties for project i am eligible to perform as far as my knowledge allows me and abilities permit under the state of Washington’s governing law.
