If there is one entry that is worth looking at over and over again, is the Swallow glass corner you are met with as you make your way to the front door. ⁠

With their statement lighting fixtures, that instantly became an iconic piece to this home, even galavanting to the theater and w**e fridge downstairs is an experience in itself.⁠

WHAT'S THE CRAIC | AUGUST

Majority of us in the office just love this upcoming part of the year. We're all a tad bit of heat haters, and love to be cozy so autumn cannot come soon enough!

1. Driving today to the Palisades took 1.5 hours...schools are definitely back in!
2-3. Brieanna and her sister drooled over all the Victorian details of a remodeled B&B! She even gave O’Rourke Construction Inc a hard time regarding the Draped Arch pocket doors...
4-6. Projects are moving quickly and were a happy bunch working with the different trades. Excited for the next few to break ground!
7. Lately we've been doing a lot of working ON the business instead of IN the business. It's super cool to see how things we said we'd do months ago, are starting to become more and more apparent!
8. Jason had a very lovely birthday on the 3rd!
9. The office team took a vote and it turned into a whole thing...but do you think that In-n-out is the clear road trip winner?

Let’s say hi to Megan!⁠

Since joining C&C in 2022, she has become the person we turn to for…well, just about everything. As our Office Manager, she keeps the office organized, tracks down all the right people when needed, and handles the seemingly small tasks that make a very big difference around here.⁠ ⁠
⁠
She’s also incredibly thoughtful…remembering birthdays, putting together move-in baskets for our clients, and making sure no one on the team misses a beat. ⁠
⁠
Outside of C&C, she’s usually cheering on her kids at a baseball tournament or ballet performance. And although getting her in front of the camera may be one of the few tasks we have to chase her down for, we’re very glad we did! ⁠

Just off the sprawling horseshoe-style, paved driveway, behind the guard house-styled front gate, a Spanish estate warmly welcomes you with a classic courtyard fit with a beautiful water fountain. ⁠
⁠
The main entry which blends perfectly with the rest of the home on the first level, was a deliberate design decision, influenced heavily by the extraordinary resort lobbies the homeowners have traveled to worldwide. ⁠
⁠
In addition to the hospitality angle of the floor plan, the home is perfectly suited for entertaining. From the inside/outside bar, to multiple node-d loggia, through to the backyard with an extra large pool and slide, and outdoor kitchen! ⁠

Unfortunately this one will remain ‘In Concept’ but we tend to look back on this one from the design vault quite often, as we loved how enamoured the homeowner was with real materials like snap-tie concrete and corten steel.⁠
