Fully reimagined with a design-forward approach, this Las Vegas home balances elevated finishes with everyday livability.
An open-concept layout centers around a statement kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island—designed to anchor both daily routines and entertaining. Expansive sliding doors create a seamless connection to the backyard, where a heated pool and spa extend the living space outdoors.

A rare addition, the fully independent Gen X suite offers its own kitchen, bedroom, bath, and private entrance—adding flexibility for guests, extended stays, or additional income potential.

Thoughtful details, a cohesive aesthetic, and an oversized 3-car garage complete the home.
