Working on a bit of local history today a 1928 time table for the Kish Valley Rail Road. This is a simple project to include conservation matting and mounting along with UV filtering glazing to protect it from environmental process that threatens to destroy.

The wash station is getting a good workout today. Home delivered salad baskets and fresh salad fixings for Stonefly Cafe here in Reedsville. You just can't beat local seasonal produce and food. Fresh / Good for the Environment / Supports Local Economy / Lasts longer in the Fridge.

Insist on local seasonal foods at your local stores and restaurants.

Please stop by a local farm market today and talk about local seasonal food with the farmer and I bet you will leave with knowledge in your head and a song in your heart.

Cherry Pudding fresh from the oven. A recipe from my mother's side of the family with a secret it's really a classic French Clafoutis. An interesting side note is that in the early recipes the pits are included to enhance the flavor. I pitted my cherries for today's classic.
