This 5 bedroom 4 bath interior finally finished today!! Electrician put me 3 weeks behind. This home had more designer molding and crown molding of any house I’ve done. I actually used more trim paint than wall paint. Trim, moldings & doors in “pure white” semigloss. Common areas in color “Creamy” product SW cashmere Bedrooms in color “Origami” Kids bedrooms Duration matte finish. Ceilings flat white.

Finishing touches. They decided to go with brown door in satin finish and white trim. I ❤️ it. I even polished and removed the tarnish on the door handle. I have the alley section and a few minor areas and she be totally restored and protected. I’ll do the walkway to front door tomorrow. Under the big windows was heavily tarnished copper flashing that could not come clean, pictured in red highlight below. What a chore it was to be able to coat it.The prep. It made all the difference.

Dan did a lovely job on the interior of our home. The failed seams and cracks in the foyer ceiling looks completely new and the damaged kitchen ceiling corner looks perfect. Our living room and dining ceiling were a blotchy mess from some old water damage, but now looks great. The painting of the walls is flawless.

He did a splendid job cleaning up and putting everything back! I’ve never had it so easy with an interior paint job. I usually have to take everything off the walls and move all the stuff to center of room and cover it but even then it’s usually a sanding dust mess, so I really appreciate him taking such good care, and he hung everything back precisely where it was. That’s a part that I dread after painting, so again, grateful!

Aside from the bright sunny walls, and flawless ceiling, I wouldn’t even have known he had been there!

Finished this 1 bed 1 bath condo in about a week, at Marina suites in Dewey unit 204. All ceilings, in flat white. Common area walls in “Ocean breeze” flat sheen. Under the counter in “Cool blue” satin sheen, bath in “Bluebelle” satin sheen. All doors and baseboards trim in semigloss white! Top of the line Sw paints used as usual. Two coats on everything.

I had exactly 1 week last Thursday to get this 5 bed, 3 bath, house painted from 1 hr after closing date to when movers were bringing in furniture, tomorrow. Garage color after drywall repair & priming is “city loft” I just finished it! 10+ hrs everyday, Whewww. Main grey is “Seattle” the blue in ceiling is “Denim” and all ceilings throughout in flat white. Master bath is Seattle as well, in eggshell sheen. The toilet room is “Cay” Other 2 baths in “Lakeside” Good luck to Trish, Mike and Caeli Seningen on their new pad. It was a pleasure beautifying and protecting their forever home.

My latest total restore job. 2 bed 2 bath. Many drywall repairs, crown molding /caulking of all gaps. Removal of outdated glued on mirrors in bath and repair of walls then install of new mirrors.
Painting of all ceilings, walls, doors and trim. Color: Evening shadow in all common areas. Bath color: custom match beige. They are now ready for their Air b&b in captiva rehoboth.

My latest 7 bath 7 bedroom project. Common areas in Color: “White hyacinth”flat. 7 baths in color “Filmy green”satin finish. Ceilings in flat white and trim and doors in semi gloss white. Top of the line S-W Duration paints. As usual no crew, just me. Took 3.5 weeks. Who’s house is next?
