Downtown Rehoboth Beach lots don't leave a lot of room to work with — but when our clients came to us with a vision for a plunge pool, outdoor kitchen, dining area, and entertainment space, we got to work making every square foot count.

This one was designed around a single idea: draw you in. A linear pool creates a strong central axis, pulling your eye — and your feet — toward the water beyond. We're going to tell you something most pool builders would rather you didn't think about.

When your pool is done — really done — the crew packs up and leaves. And what they leave behind is often a yard that looks nothing like what you imagined when you signed the contract.

Torn-up lawn from heavy equipment. Uneven soil from excavation and backfill. Construction debris that just sort of… lingers.
This is completely normal in the industry. It doesn't have to be normal for you.
