Many of our new customers have not heard of our story. So if your new here, then welcome to the family and here is our story.
Our family has been farming for 6 generations and raising the 7th. Our company, Radd Rooster, Inc was created to bring our farms best fertilizer program to our friends and neighbors, giving them the same opportunity to raise the best gardens, trees, flowers, and so much more!
For Generations our farms have been using composted fertilizer to grow produce for our tables, hay for our beef and dairy cows, and grain for our pork and chicken. As a family farm we have been using this same organically produced chicken compost for over twenty years on our hay pastures to result is some of the best quality hay in the southeast. Perfecting the composting system and application process to bring the absolute best nutrients to our fields and garden boxes.
Our farm has been built with our hands, hard work, and sacrifice. Like our friends and customers, we have a passion for conserving our land that takes such good care of us. Taking proper care of the land means feeding it and giving it organic material to make the soils stronger and richer than when we set foot on it. We don’t believe in using it and leaving it withering away and stripped of its nutrients. When we are dead and gone, we want it to continue to thrive and nourish the next generation so our children and children’s children can experience the same benefits we have.
Now we feel it’s time for the everyday green thumb to have access to the same nutritional value, without all of the harsh chemicals and high cost of commercial fertilizers. Here at Radd Rooster, we pride ourselves in producing the best organically produced chicken litter fertilizer in the business. Whether your planting vegetables in your backyard garden or an exotic and elaborate flower garden in front of your house to make all the neighbors jealous, we have your fertilizer needs covered.
Radd Rooster’s chicken litter fertilizer feeds your soil in a time released matter. Because it is an organic matter-based fertilizer (Organic matter: carbon-based material found in nature.) it takes time to break down in your soil. Giving you a boost of nutrients now and then slowly feeding soil over the next three months. You can apply it as needed whether its once a month to build up your organic matter, or just once every three months for solely nutrients.
