rience has left a lasting impression on me still until this day. Dad instilled in us the importance of going the extra mile to satisfy a customer even if we thought it was too much. Dad would develop with people a connection that was more than just a work relationship. I came to learn it was about his integrity, work ethic and value system that caused people to embrace his approach to business. He was able to make a people connection that extended beyond just business. Many lessons were learned through watching dad. Dad would not take any payment for a job until the job was complete and the customer was completely satisfied, and today we still honor that same commitment. He would tell us when you clean up a job leave it the way you would want someone to leave your yard, so we did understand on every job what was expected of us.
