Jorgensen Kitchen Before and After

This is an example of the modifications our company offers as far as redesign options. The kitchen and dining room were juxtapositioned so that the kitchen was on the outside wall enabling a large window to be installed in front of the farm sink. This greatly enhanced the natural lighting, A sunken living room was filled in And other walls were removed Creating an openness that greatly improve flow, Eliminating the confined space of the existing kitchen.

Features: Shaker Cabinets by KCD, which included a large pantry, extra large island with ample seating, custom wood hood, utensil, spice and waste pull outs, Quartz counter tops and a ceramic backsplash complemented the cabinetry. Appliances a double oven, induction cook top and a micro drawer. LED lighting was installed as well as new LVP Flooring throughout most of the home. Finally Krista and Wes added a "charming" wine bar with a beverage cooler to entertain family and friends.

Black Kitchen Before & After

Complete kitchen remodel. Pam and Bob's design input transformed this bland 24 year old kitchen into a custom space uniquely their own. An old style walk in pantry was replaced with an attractive cabinet with pull out shelves, A doorway was installed making the dining room more accessible.

Features: Shaker cabinetry Crown SLT, with "mushroom" stained lowers and "designer white" uppers, custom wood hood, floating shelves, pull out spice, utensil and waste basket. A large island with ample seating and a farm sink. Calcatta quartz at counters and a ceramic tile backsplash. All new upgraded appliances. LED lighting throughout that included under cabinet lighting and glass door interiors, new wood toned LVP complimented the cabinetry and more!

Griffin Kitchen Before and After.

We transformed Jackie and Jim's 1950s era kitchen into a modern functional workspace while maintaining the period architectural. A large beam was installed opening the kitchen to the living room and allowing the "cook" to interact with other family members.

Features: Shaker cabinetry by KCD with a large pantry, granite countertops. All new plumbing fixtures, New appliances including a microwave drawer. New LED recessed cans were installed greatly improving the lighting, New LVP flooring and more!

Schmidt/Risse Bath Before and After.

Small bath with big custom look! Complete bath remodel and transformation.

Features: A hard to access fiberglass tub/shower combo was replaced with a walk in shower, A shaker style vanity by KCD was installed with Quartz countertop, gold tone fixtures and hardware. The "Custom" shower included "picket fence" tile, a shampoo niche and gold tone fixtures. A 5 light French door and new LVP Flooring completed the project. Reed and Judy Pacheco Bath: Bridges Construction Reno, this was a complete bath renovation with a tub to shower conversion that included large ceramic tiles, shampoo niche, flooring seat, brushed nickel shower valve with handheld, a frameless glass shower enclosure (no pic), a new vanity was installed with a quartz countertop and new LVP flooring. Snedeker Kitchen Before and After: Bridges Construction Reno, walls and soffit were removed that doubled the size of this dated 1980s kitchen, a larger window was installed that greatly improved the natural lighting. The family room seating was enlarged by removing a dated fireplace. Carissa was intimately involved in the design, her input made this kitchen unique and truly her own.

FEATURES: cabinets by KCD; Shaker Moss lowers and Designer White uppers, quartz countertop with under-mount sink, all new appliances that include a chimney style hood and micro drawer, new LED recessed cans above and under cabinet lighting provide ample light. Chris and Betsy Wilson Master Bedroom Ensuite Before and After.

Traditional styling and extensive woodwork transformed this master bath/ bedroom from a concept to reality.

Features: wainscot paneling throughout bedroom and bath, all moldings were changed at windows and doors, a freestanding tub replaced a deck mounted tub, a furniture style vanity replaced dated vanity cabinets, Sauder closet system provided additional closet storage, elegantly tiled shower with shampoo niche and frameless shower enclosure, ceramic tiled floors,. Period bathrooms accessories enhance the traditional theme the Wilsons were hoping for. This was a fun project enjoyed by our crew as much as the Wilson's!

Ron Hawkins Kitchen Before and After. We removed a dropped ceiling and a partition wall separating the kitchen from the family room. The kitchen now has an open and expansive feeling that makes the kitchen seem much larger.

Features: espresso shaker cabinets by KCD, new LVP flooring throughout, quartz countertops, micro drawer, trash pullout, chimney hood, gas range, LED under cabinet lighting, LED lighted glass door cabinets, new larger window and more. Please see before and after pics.
