Doggie Doors can be installed in a wall when the location is more desirable than a door. There will be 2 Flaps- 1 interior and exterior and must include a wall kit to cover the gap between a wall. Studs, existing pipes and wires can be an issue as well. I complete many projects like this as a Reno area Handyman. Note: On this project we also added a "Doggie Deck" to help the transistion outside as it drops off about 9" more than the interior floor. This deck step was made from just 2- 2 x 6 Redwood Boards. More solutions for this office space included adding a waterproof laminate floor in the bathroom. Put right over the stained hard vinyl floor. Also created a tall baseboard with metal trim to replace the ugly tall rubber base that was there. Looks great and saved these guys a lot of money! Life is Good Handyman Service is in Reno!

I was asked to build Cabinets in an office space. I created sliding door storage and used large laminate counters (they have come a long way). Was able to complete this project for about 1/2 the price of their other bids. One of the joys of my work is to provide creative solutions and build projects that work and function for years to come! Even a rough weathered Deck can be brought back to Life and will look good as new with the right prep. Steps include remove all furniture and items, High-Pressure Wash, Scrape and Sand, Finish with 2 Coats quality Stain or Paint. Patience and do it right.
