Thank you, Mr. Gene and Mrs. Francis Dellinger, for the opportunity to serve you.
Mr. and Mrs. Dellinger had previously purchased some MLI (Multi-Layer insulation) to help insulate their home and were very happy with the improved comfort and reduced energy consumption that resulted.
This time around, they decided to purchase one of our Eco-Probiotic Systems, one of our Koolspin - Solar Gable Fans, and Our Koolblue - Synthetic AC Additive. We installed the EPS system directly into their ductwork to help with allergens and dander, replaced an old electric fan with our more efficient Solar Koolspin gable fan, and administered our Koolblue additive into their AC unit to help improve the efficiency and extend the lifespan. These products were installed by two of our Koolcrew members, Lucas Andrews and Kelvin Hernandez aka "Junior," who had a great time getting to know and welcoming the Dellingers to our Comfort Dynamics family.
Mr. Dellinger gave us his permission to upload our selfie to the Comfort Dynamics FB page. He spoke extremely highly of all of our Koolcrew and said, "It was a pleasure to watch those young men be so proficient and professional while working. You can tell y'all have been working together for quite some time by the way you are all able to communicate with each other. I am glad to see that your company hires people like Junior (Kelvin is hearing impaired and speaks sign language) to work and does not discriminate towards anyone."
