5 Delicious Ground Beef Recipes
1. Classic Beef Tacos
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
Taco shells
Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions:
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve in taco shells and top with your favorite toppings.
2. Beef and Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
3. Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg noodles
Instructions:
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook until tender.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add beef broth and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Simmer until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
4. Beef and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the onions, and half of the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup over the beef. Repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, top with shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve sauce over cooked spaghetti.
