Katie, my sister and our venue manager. Ali, my right hand in design, creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and genuinely good for your soul. And Patrick, my husband, who quietly keeps everything together and never gets enough credit for it.

Small but mighty. Big dreams. Bigger hearts.

Flow Designs was built on a simple but powerful idea, that we can create real change in this world simply by doing what we love and being kind while we do it. We design homes that make people healthier and happier. We host intimate events that bring our community closer together.
