Far from a low calorie dinner, but this meal was nutritious and delicious! We used some of our fresh kale to create a sausage and potato soup that is comfort in a bowl. It was paired with some sourdough and a stellar bread dip from BD Greens (find him at the Downtown Calhoun Farmers Market for great microgreens and conversation). Remember to eat seasonally, y'all! It is the best way to receive the maximum nutritional value that your veggies can offer.
