This stair case was one of my best work I've done there was alot of hand work that went onto the stairs the whole job was so much work that i put into it i learn alot from this job and the one prior to this it doesn't matter how hard you work there are customers that don't realize how hard you worked they still don't appreciate the hrs you put into the job there always going to underpriced everything and not valued your work

Painting is on of my many skills well to be honest it doesn't take to much to paint you just have to tape up your plastic that's covering the stuff your trying to keep the paint from getting to it and whatever else is getting painted a different color and that's it paint the area twice and you should be good

This project was very long due to i had to do all the work by my lonesum and it was during the peak of the holidays and was at the border of my 20 to 30 mile radius the only reason i agree to do the job was cause i was aloud to give ideas to home owner like to add cabinet space was my idea the kitchen had no space for anything so i came up with two solutions one was to add sq footage by extending the kitchen and dinning room the entire lengths and 6 feet could of gone up to 12 feet and i believe the long way 15 feet so the wall that i closed off the door and window would of been knocked out to add a pantry a island and more cabinet + the dinning room was getting more sq footage but there was a small problem time and money so option 2 was to closed off door and window and to install a bigger window and outlets and new lighting along with new floor paint new cabinets and thats what you see in the pics here not in order

This is a remodel in the city of norwalk going to paint interior and exterior add tile to kitchen close off door and window to add cabinet space new cabinets add outlets new new doors to closets and all other doors new fence all around crown base and trim moldings

Popcorn removal is a labor intensive thing especially if your preping for paint after it's hard work and you have to price it right do not under bid it because it is as hard as it looks and messy also
