It's her very first day of 1st grade in public school! She's excited... even if you can't tell. That's her smile🙂😁
We're on the same journey towards success, just making a few changes as we get there! While Zanniah begins her spanish immersion elementary experience I am very excited to begin my new role as Project Manager!
And with all of this excitement comes more... is in the midst of an expansion! We can wait to share our growth with you!

Overview

Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to bring them to optimal performance

Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and other specific preventive maintenance work

Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience

Serve as a company representative to other contractors, owners, and trades

Give preventive maintenance inspections performed to representative/owner and suggest corrective actions to be applied

Give advice on additional services to customers that may be beneficial to them

Complete and submit needed paperwork in a timely manner to the service coordinator

Perform other functions that may be assigned by the service coordinator or manager

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

May consider technical education in addition to 1 year of field experience

You must own tools to perform the basic functions of the job, including but not limited to; hand tools, gauges, volt meters, etc.

Your own transportation

High school diploma or equivalent

Driver’s License and clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug screening

Technically inclined and able to use mobile devices in the field

May be required to complete field reports on site, send and receive information electronically throughout the work day, navigate field software and systems

Ability to work without direct supervision

Communicate effectively with office personnel, coordinator, and management as needed

Maintain a positive attitude, especially in the field with customers

Be able to educate and reassure the customers as needed regarding their system’s needs and your recommendations
