Bebout That Paint/Van Winkle Guttering is looking for a part time administrator! This position would mostly, if not entirely, work from 4:00PM - 8:00PM. We would prefer someone who lives in Owensboro, but would be open to people who live close to the Owensboro area!
Basic duties would include:
- Reading work orders
- Setting aside job materials for crews.
- Labeling materials
- Tracking inventory
- Communicating inventory to sales team
This is all I can think of for now. This could potentially grow into a full time position, but for now, it will just be part time. These hours are not set in stone, and can be negotiated during the in person interview if need be.
To summarize the job, read a work order, pull from inventory, organize neatly for the next day, track what is pulled from inventory, communicate what needs to be ordered if we begin to run low on that inventory. Pick up materials from supplier for jobs if necessary.
Pay will be negotiated during the interview process. No one ever reads this far down the message typically, so I’m sure we will still see, “what’s the pay”, “how much does it pay?” “You didn’t list the pay.” “My brother, who’s cousin lives in Tennessee has a cousin in law, twice removed, who make $1.2 million an hour for this same job, is that what you’re paying!!!?” All that aside, it truly depends on your availability and your ability. We are looking to hire a reliable person for this job, and you’ll be well compensated for your time.
