Personal rant from a page administrator: I am not a squash person but I am obsessed with Delicata Squash! We threw one in the garden that was left over at the end of last year. It is so good and so easy to bake! Slice it, toss it in olive oil, then Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and bake in the over at 425 for 15 minutes. No need to skin it. Delicious!! I’m doing one in a pot my patio this year and a few in Steve’s garden (FYI Dad! 🙂)
