After mold remediation was completed by Kefficient we transformed the entire upstairs of this home.
We added white oak hardwood flooring throughout the hallway, bedrooms and closets.
We upgraded the hall bathroom to a double sink vanity along with a beautiful custom tiled tub/shower with a large shelf along the back wall for all those bathroom accessory needs.
We moved the laundry room from downstairs into the smaller closet in the primary bedroom, added a tile floor and cabinets/shelving for storage.
Custom closets were installed in the primary bedroom along with the three other bedrooms.
The primary bathroom is magazine worthy. Tiled floor, custom tile shower with a beautiful floral band breaking up the subway tile. A built in bench and two niches for storage.
A beautiful glass door and panel surround.
Next to the shower is a gorgeous freestanding tub with wall mounted faucet.
On the opposite wall, we have his and her vanities with a makeup area in between. The sink on the left even features a drinking water faucet.
And we finished off the bathroom with a beautiful chair rail.
All bedrooms, closets, trim and doors got a fresh coat of paint.
