Quick countertop upgrade in Doylestown! The rubberwood butcher block really softens and modernizes the look and feel of this kitchen. The client wanted to stick with the original built-in cabinets and tile backsplash, but I think this was a great “budget-friendly” upgrade!

Over the past few months, I’ve been helping renovate my brother’s new location in Churchville. Renovations and upgrades include the customer waiting room, guest and employee bathrooms, service desk, and we added a semi-privacy screen to separate the service/customer area from the shop. Improper installation led to this failing shower floor (video). The homeowner opted to go with a shower pan instead of tile this time around. So, I demolished 3 rows of wall tile, the backer board, the subfloor and replaced with new subfloor, Kerdi board (mold mildew resistant), installed the new pan, tiled, reinstalled the door and I think it turned out great! Homeowners are very happy.

First projects(s) of the new year complete! These two bathrooms underwent partial renovations. I removed and replaced both floors with 12” x 24” tile, installed new vanities, base trim, painted both rooms and installed a new shower surround and sliding shower door in the master.
