Prep Prep Prep is key. This took two days to get right. After settling and going over it again it finally came out. You can self level all you want but what happens is the mortar shrinks or flows elsewhere still leaving a dip where needed. This spot in the house esp old ones usually sag between rooms. We got it though. Trim is going in and it’s a wrap.

As an installer I’ve installed all these products and this guy is true. Do your research. Every floor isn’t the same. Some is meant for concrete surfaces without a barrier. Others aren’t. Some are meant for above grade others aren’t. If you have any questions please ask. Don’t always assume. But if I had an opinion I’d spend the money and install Engineered or solid Hardwoods. Stay away from this stuff. 435-893-1010

You ready to upgrade your yard with a durable “non vinyl” fence that will last 25-30 yrs if taken care of properly. Vinyl gets brittle and breaks within 6-8 yrs am I’ve seen it all too many times. Wood is built to last when cared for. You can’t care for vinyl so stop investing in vinyl. Give me a call. 435-893-1010

Inherited this job. Multiple steps taken to get to where it’s at now. Widened a door frame for the bathroom. Took out the chimney and covered it completely. Replaced many areas of drywall and added backing in corners for screws. Homeowner prior tried a A DIY and failed. Stay tuned. Cabinets to be installed soon.

As a homeowner, I would be upset that the installation could not proceed. It is essential to conduct thorough research and not solely rely on store recommendations or manufacturer suggestions.
