Starting off 2026 with a big one! New construction plaster walls. Our normal combo of masonry primer and super paint! (Don't mind the promar 200, sherwin williams tinted the wrong product and gave it to us for free) 5 day transformation start to finish in and out! Next phase of construction ready to begin to get this homeowner into his beautiful new home!

Here's our winter project. Wall & ceiling repairs plus paint, trim replacement around windows and quarter round on the floor, all new lighting fixtures, gfci outlet replacement and new fridge outlet, refinished bathtub, new vanity, lighted mirror and hardware install, kitchen hardware replacement, new kitchen sink and fixture, pulled the toilet to install a new floor, reinstalled with new wax ring and supply line with shut off, carpet install, new exterior light fixtures, and new paint on windows sills, shutters and foundation, retaining wall replacement, down spout extension, and lattice repair. Oh and lots and lots of pressure washing, I think i covered everything. Kept us busy for the winter! We appreciate your business and the successful flip on this property!
