Did you know.....

In Washington State, your new additions and new construction homes have to meet a minimum requirement of Energy Efficiency Credits based on the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC).

It’s all based on the size of your project. Could be 1.5 credits or could be 7 credits.

I love energy efficiency, yes, it does cost more, but in the long run it saves on utilities bill and saves our planet.

I recently installed solar panels on my own home, it looks so clean. Loving the fact I no longer rent my power but own my power.

Buying and installing solar panels takes care of 3 of those required credits.

One thing about me.

I love to be vulnerable and show others the background of business.

This is a typical proposal that starts before any design and drawings are done.

In the profession of architecture, a lot of liability takes place. Proper documentation and contracts covers your business from liabilities that are not legally yours to deal with.

Thank goodness for insurance and paperwork right?

Whatever questions you have about a project or architecture in general, ask away. I would gladly response to the best of my ability and experience.

A small residential new kitchen addition in Othello.

Worked with Cor4 Contractor to get this project started.

Uncertainty happens sometimes when you’re working with existing coniditions... Once demolition started we adjusted some detail drawings and were able to submit to the city with ease.

Can’t wait to see the finished project...updates soon.
