We are deeply grateful for the relationships we have cultivated with so many individuals, and the support we have received from you over the years. Through this journey, we have gained valuable insights into enhancing our service to you and optimizing the efficiency of our small business. Sometimes through effortless methods and at other times through challenging experiences. Therefore, to better accommodate and schedule our current clientele, we are making decisions we believe will improve our services overall. With over 17 years of experience, we have weighed the pros and cons throughout, and are moving forward with our decisions.
For the foreseeable future, we stand by our decision to limit the number of residential lawn contracts we undertake. Quality and punctuality have always been our biggest advertisement. If you’ve had the time to sit back and watch, we double mow at every service to ensure a quality cut. That’s our standard and our motto. “Our Best is Better”. As can be expected, filling our books with as many residential properties as we could, would make it difficult to consistently provide the level of service that we strive to provide.
Therefore, commencing on August 1st , 2025, and for all subsequent service scheduling, all of our residential service schedules will transition into a 7-8 day weekly cycle. We will no longer be offering a 9-10 or 12-14 day bi-weekly residential schedule. We have continuously found it difficult to maintain our standards of quality and punctuality with the longer schedule coinciding with our weekly schedule on the same days. It leads to repetitive rescheduling , and often requires multiple passes over the lawns to effectively manage the excess clippings. During the spring and fall seasons, changing weather conditions and unexpected factors arise, showing that weekly maintenance is essential to ensure properties remain in excellent condition and meet the expectations of our clients. Regular weekly service and a rational amount of clientele helps us prevent overgrowth, maintain curb appeal, and avoid falling behind during peak growing seasons. The potential for drier conditions, particularly during the summer months, may necessitate the occasional skipping of a week (or no services at all in severe drought) to safeguard the grass from damage, however we cannot achieve our desired functionality with a bi-weekly schedule running continuously throughout the roughly 8 month mowing season.
We do understand the high cost of living, the expense of lawn service, and the expense of its operation. While other companies have a minimum of $60 to $100 per service, we do not have a minimum, we believe in a fair price for each individual lawn. So for those on fixed incomes, budgeting, or simply interested, we are offering a Winter Repayment Plan. We have weighed the possibilities that current or potential residential clients may for any reason refuse weekly services. While we hope to continue serving you, we can only serve you in the best way possible, and that is by analyzing facts and patterns, applying what is learned to move forward, and doing what we believe is best for our clients and our expanding business.
