One of my favorite things Beth does this time of year is walk around the nursery with a pair of pruners and come back with a bouquet like this.

Nothing fancy—just flowers grown right here at Micheletti Farms.

Today’s arrangement includes hydrangeas, coneflower, Joe Pye w**d, crape myrtle, and a few other late-summer favorites. It’s a reminder that your garden isn’t just something to look at outside… you can bring it inside too.

🌳 Quality control is hard at work today. 🐴

Looks like our official Plant Inspector wanted to make sure these river birch were being potted up correctly tonight. Every now and then he checks in to see how things are coming along!

We don’t normally have summer weekend hours, but after some much-needed rain and with an absolutely beautiful forecast ahead, we’re opening this Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM!

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect weekend to plant, this is it. Sunshine, low humidity, and temperatures in the low 80s make for ideal planting weather.

Today we’d like to recognize and thank our own fathers for the countless hours, guidance, encouragement, and support they have given us over the years. Their hard work, wisdom, and willingness to lend a hand have played a huge role in helping us build and grow this family business.

Running a nursery is truly a family endeavor, and we’re grateful for the generations before us who taught us the value of hard work, perseverance, and caring for the land.

To all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who lead by example and support their families every day—thank you.
