Happy to put another job under the belt. Poured 5 yards of concrete for the sidewalk, 175 SqFt brick paver patio, and a set of stairs. Thank you Tom and Jen for once again for giving me to opportunity to tackle another project for you. Big thank you to Jon Risner for the much needed help when the concrete truck showed up, you’re the man.

It was a hot day installing some porch columns for a great friend this week. Removed the original round and replaced them with pressure treated 6X6 and added a vinyl wrap. Thank you Mr.Jim for more work and of course your company.

Some of last weeks work,I was able to help out a family friend after he asked if I could fix the sag in a few fence gates, and replace a handful of pickets. He was happy with the repairs and no more 4:30am dog walks. Thank you for the work Chris.

Removed and replaced the subfloor in the laundry room. Then installed little over 130SqFt of new Deer Ridge Maple, LVP flooring, and updated trim. Glad I was able to get this project handled for a good friend. Big Thanks to Mark and Sherry.

A lot to share/ A lot of work.
The last house of 2023.
A lot of little repairs along with a few big. Hung bi-fold doors, replaced columns on front porch, few plumbing and electrical discrepancies, dishwasher replacement custom made transition strips, pressure washed the front/rear porches, sidewalk, driveway, and detached garage, repaired chain-link fence, ceiling fan replacement, multiple siding repairs, stucco on foundation walls, roof repair, multiple runs hauling off trash, firepit makeover, new mailbox, and after drywall repairs in every room a nice fresh coat of paint on everything… Everything. Bedrooms/ kitchen/ living & dining room Ceilings, Walls, Trim, Doors, all closets, Vanity, Garage, Exterior Trim, and Mailbox.
