This month, we’re celebrating Elena as she graduates from the Virginia Commonwealth University Interior Design program!

Over the past year, Elena has been an incredible part of the THA team as an Interior Design Intern. From her creativity and thoughtful design perspective to her positive attitude and willingness to learn, we have truly loved having her at THA. While we will miss her greatly, we are excited to see all the amazing things ahead for her in this next chapter.

We’re excited to share more from our renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown—this time highlighting the guestrooms.

For the main guestrooms, our approach blended Hilton Garden Inn prototypical elements with custom design details, creating a cohesive experience that feels both familiar and elevated.

On the top floor, we had the unique opportunity to design fully custom guestrooms—where historic charm meets contemporary comfort. Drawing inspiration from Indiana’s state flower, the peony, subtle pops of color bring warmth and character to the spaces.

Each room was thoughtfully designed to support both relaxation and productivity, offering guests a balanced, comfortable environment whether they’re unwinding or getting work done.

We’re proud to share the completion of our Public Space renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown, located within the historic Fletcher Trust Building.

This project focused on refreshing the existing hotel while honoring the building’s architectural character and aligning with Hilton Garden Inn brand standards to create a warm, inviting guest experience.

Our team developed a custom design approach that respects the historic framework while introducing updated finishes and amenities. Enhancements include a newly designed bar that serves as a vibrant social hub, as well as a refreshed market to improve guest convenience and functionality.

Projects like this demonstrate how thoughtful renovation can elevate both experience and performance—bringing new energy to an already established destination.
