The ground-floor headquarters at 501 Orleans is all about the “light-filled” experience. Expansive glass interiors blur the lines between Richmond’s urban energy and a focused, modern workspace. Exposed ceilings mixed with warm wood tones and clean lines create a blended design that balances raw industrial character with refined professional warmth.

This residential project was all about seamless integration. With the addition of a new office, bedrooms, and a bath, making sure the design flows perfectly from the existing house to the new space was the priority. The design moves effortlessly from the exterior forms of the existing home into the new spaces, using light, materiality, and flow to define a cohesive, truly thoughtful home.villacarillo

Things are starting to take shape as the demo progresses and drywall and finishes begin to get installed in the units at our multifamily project in College Park, MD. Working on finalizing furniture and art selections as things are quickly moving along. Stay tuned for more updates to come
