I purchased the Ulti-MATE Garage 2.0 Series 5-Piece Kit - UG22050W. I initially purchased from this site because their price was more than $100 less than any other site that carries this product. But I would order from them again because the transaction went flawlessly and the cabinets are very high quality.
First, I had questions that the customer service rep answered clearly and accurately. Then, I ordered on October 13, and I received notice that my order had shipped on October 15. The shipment arrived via FedEx Freight on October 23. There was great communication from the company about how to track my shipment. The packaging was amazing. My products had absolutely no damage.
Then came assembly. I am a 70 year old woman and I am using these cabinets in my home craft room to hold all my art supplies, sewing supplies and home office stuff. I assembled all the cabinets by myself, except I needed help from my 30 year old daughter to stand up the really big one.
The cabinets themselves are stunning. And the quality is amazing. They are incredibly sturdy, and every single pre-drilled hole was drilled in the exact right spot. I loved the installation method with cams. The instructions about how the cam system worked could have been a bit more clear but once I figured it out, it was super easy to do and assembly went darn quick after that.
I honestly could not be happier. These cabinets are the highest quality products I have ever bought on line. They are beautiful will last a VERY long time and they are beautiful.
