The 2nd bathroom included removing the fiberglass insert, widening the shower area as much as possible, installing 3x6 subway tile for the shower walls, penny round tile for the shower floor and throughout the rest of the bathroom, new paint for the walls, ceiling, and vanity, and installation of the new shower door.

Been too busy to post for a quite a while now but recently finished a couple bathroom remodels that deserved a post. Clients wanted to remove some one piece fiberglass tub/ shower inserts and replace with custom tiled showers. This one included opening up the bathroom by taking out a divider wall, a new 60x32" tiled corner shower, new lvp flooring, and new paint. 2nd bathroom to follow.

Another shower upgraded from a worn out one piece fiberglass unit to a shiny new shower with acrylic base and polished porcelain wall tile. Built using Schluter shower systems products behind the tile these clients can have peace of mind there won't be any leaks any time in the future.

The transformation of an old neglected former commercial kitchen into a once again useful space in this old building that is on its way back to its former glory. Room is approximately 20'x35' with 12'+ ceilings. Work included: demolition, subfloor replacement, a thorough degreasing of the entire room, construction of knee wall and rear wall in front of concrete block wall, plaster repair, painting, trimwork, window replacement, new lighting, and installation of a new vct floor.

This was a complete kitchen remodel that included taking out a wall and opening it up to the dining room, moving the fridge to another location in the kitchen to make space for a washer and dryer, and building recessed cabinets into the wall. This project also has a concrete countertop that was done by Michael on site and a new tile floor and backsplash
