This homeowner extended her hardwood floors into her dining room area and did an amazing installation job! We came in to do the finishing work and it came out gorgeous. We matched the old stain as best as possible due to age. We applied Duraseal Chestnut and then applied an oil base polyurethane in a satin sheen to match.

This prefinished oak was looking a bit wore down and the client wanted to change the color. We sanded this floor nice and flat and then applied a 50/50 Duraseal stain mix using Special Walnut and Neutral making it the perfect color for these floors. Once the stain dried, we applied Bona Traffic Hd in a satin sheen giving it the a beautiful luster.

This client loved our work so much from 6 years ago that she wanted more done. This time we did a bedroom and a hallway for her. We sanded this floor nice and flat, then applied Bona Traffic Hd in Semi-Gloss to match with the living room.

We installed some new 2 1/4” red oak in spots that needed it and some repairs. Once we installed the wood we sanded this floor nice and flat and applied Duraseal Antique Brown. We then applied Bona Traffic Hd in a beautiful satin sheen.
