A main function of any HVAC system is the efficient transfer of heat from its coils to the air that moves across them. This past week we've run dozens of service calls for units running but not cooling enough. Nearly all of those calls were due to dirty coils and air filters. All could have been easily avoided with performance of routine preventive maintenance. Don't be the coil on the left. Be the coil on the right. If you haven't already done so, please contact your preferred HVAC service provider to enroll in a maintenance plan.
