KEi Architects is excited to be apart of the planning for a new indoor sports complex in Warrick County, IN. This project would cover 180,000 square feet and include a variety of indoor court space, turf fields and a banked indoor track.

KEi is proud to announce our managing principal Marcus R. Thomas as 1 of 4 winners to transform Camp North End Pavilions in Charlotte, NC. Students of architecture, independent practitioners and individual designers from architectural firms were invited by ATCO Properties & Management to design the facades for four of the seven pavilions that will house small businesses and food and beverage concepts. Upon review of 24 portfolio submissions .thomas was selected! Marcus has a reputation for efficient documentation throughout all design phases. As Project Construction Administrator, Monica is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our design team’s service effort during construction. She is the conduit for communications between the Owner, the Contractor/Builder and the design team members, including all consultant disciplines. She attends and presides at all construction site meetings, reviews and certifies construction payment applications, assures timely responses to all contractor inquiries, disseminates all correspondence and monitors construction progress. Monica also will manage the web-based documentation of all construction activities, coordinating the responses of all disciplines to insure timely replies to construction generated inquires.
As a Quality Control Manager with MCI, she came to KEi with a background in project management, providing essential tools in management and documentation.

Mr. Easter is the founding Principal of Kelso & Easter, Inc. (KEi). He has over 40 years of experience in all phases in the delivery of architectural services. During his 30 years of professional experience, he has been responsible for the design and construction administration of several design and construction projects throughout the East Coast of the United States. Clientele includes municipal, education/academic institutions, private industry, retail commercial, single and multi-family residential and institutions, medical facilities, church groups and government agencies at all levels.
He has been involved in over 200 municipal projects of varying sizes and complexity. His design philosophy is guided by the core principles of his firm that seek to engage to the broadest and most comprehensive level of user input in the design process. Participation results in ownership and buy-in, and when properly managed, can also result in the highest quality design. His work with community groups and large user groups to secure design approval has been widely recognized.

Since 1983, we have provided a full array of design services to public and private sector clients in a variety of project sizes and environments offering personalized principal-directed service. We emphasize a design process and approach based on collaboration, versatility and optimism.

We partner with clients who desire to make a positive impact within the built environment and the communities they serve.
