My customer ordered a new washing machine from a big box store. They installed it and the drain backed up. Customer called her home warranty company and they said you need a new washing machine box. They installed the new box and it look like a 2 year old did it. The drain still backed up. Finally they called me and I got them straight.

I can't tell you how excited and relieved I was when I got the call to come back and install the grab bars in the shower and bathroom. Finish this job about 9 months ago. We built an ADA bathroom where the living room was. My customer / real good friend .never got to use it. For the past 8 months I've been extremely worried about him until last week when I got the call to come and finish his bathroom so he could use it! I have been praying for you Randy. I'm so happy you're going to get the chance to use your bathroom.
