The Richmond Times Dispatch recently ran an article in early May that said, “The inventory is the tightest I have seen in my 28 years in the business,” said Scott Shaheen, broker and co-owner of Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville in Henrico. He and co-owner Scott Ruth were co-listing agents for the bungalow on West 45th Street.
