UPDATE: Work is progressing to the final stages at the our project for Subaru Distribution Corp. in Orangeburg, NY. Finishes, custom millwork, lighting, and final details are all being installed in these final days. We are excited to see the finished product and can't wait to share the images with you!

Work is wrapping up on the corporate office portion of a 123,000 square foot interior project for a large food service distributor in Wayne, NJ. This will allow early occupation of the space by the client prior to final completion of the more complex refrigerated production areas.

work is progressing on a five bedroom, waterfront private residence in palm beach shores, florida. the poured concrete and masonry structure is currently being installed and the continuous water views are coming into focus. we will continue to update progress on this exciting project.

Work continues in Orangeburg, NY at Subaru Distribution Corp. with Phase Two of the project - renovating the existing office portion of the building. Work includes wide ranging interior and exterior wide improvements with a concerted effort to introduce natural light within the large existing office block footprint.

Thanks to Phelps Construction Group, Thomas Phoenix International and Hance Construction, Inc. for putting together this great video showing the progress of the roof steel structure going up at the new 130,000 square foot warehouse/ distribution center addition for Subaru Distributors Corp., in Orangeburg, NY. The addition features a state of the art storage racking system, three level parts mezzanine, fourteen new loading docks, and support offices, lunch and locker room facilities. The project has been a great collaborative experience between an engaged, knowledgeable client, proactive, problem solving contractors, and the design professionals from the beginning.

Phelps Construction Subaru Project

Work was recently completed on a full interior alteration and expansion of a 3,700 square foot apartment overlooking the Hudson River in Weehawken, New Jersey. We are proud to have been a part of the design project that featured the spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. Views and the general openness of the volume of the interior space were maximized through structural glass floors and balcony railings and floor to ceiling, mullionless, structural glass windows that were installed from a barge in the river below! The design included two new custom built stairs to connect the upper and lower levels of the apartment.

Progress on a full renovation and addition to an existing split level residence in Morristown, NJ. In collaboration with Canalroad, the craftsman style design utilizes a new addition along with changes to the roof forms and fenestration to create a new aesthetic for the existing house.
