Property Landscape Maintenance
We’re an established full Landscape Maintenance, Design, and build Company Located in Bergen County, NJ. We have been in business for over 30 years and service ALL aspects of Landscape Maintenance, Design and Build.
We’re looking for trustworthy, hardworking individuals with experience to perform all duties for general lawn and property maintenance care.
We’re also taking applications for other trades within the landscape design and build field. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with overtime and Saturdays available.
The following positions are available:
Maintenance Laborer Qualifications:
1. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical work, and able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often daily.
2. Applicants must be at least 20 years of age, have 2 plus years of Commercial/Residential Lawn and property care experience.
3. You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
4. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
5. Provide a professional appearance.
6. You must have experience and knowledge of all tools and commercial equipment that is used daily.
7. Responsibilities include: Loading/offloading securely equipment daily, mowing (walk behind mowers and riders), leaf removal, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and snow removal.
Foreman Position:
1. Must possess clean Valid driver’s license and able to drive truck with trailer.
2. Must possess Leadership ability & have at least 5 years experience working with other employees.
3. Positive attitude when working with other employees.
4. Knowledge of Turf & Plants. Must have ability to spot problems, address and solve them.
5. Weekly maintenance of gardens including planting, pruning and weeding
6. Mowing of commercial and residential properties
7. Able to use and operate all Landscape Power Equipment either mechanical or self-propelled.
8. You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
