Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. Just a small security deposit plus your first month’s rent and we’ll set up a building at your location. The rental agreement is on a month to month basis, meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at anytime for any reason. Payoff anytime with no penalty. There is also a discount off the rental balance for those who pay off early.

Buildings at the sales lot can usually be delivered within a week and half to 2 weeks (weather permitting). Ordered Treated & Fir buildings can usually be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks (weather permitting). Ordered Painted and Metal buildings can usually be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks (weather permitting). Note: Non-standard metal colors on any building will add one week to the lead time. No site preparation necessary (if site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is no more than 3 feet out of level). Free setup includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims. Drivers can supply concrete blocks for a minimal charge. First 30 miles free, over 30 miles subject to additional charge. Build on Site:
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds offers a build-on-site program for those situations where delivery is not an option, or a customer wants a customized solution. See your dealer for more information. Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds cannot paint or water seal on site buildings. Quality Material:
In eastern territories, siding on the treated product line is premium grade 5/8 inch T1-11 pressure treated plywood. In western territories, siding is 1/2 inch T1-11 premium fir plywood. In eastern territories, we offer two choices for floor decking: 5/8 inch tongue & groove plywood or 5/8 inch pressure treated plywood. In western territories, floor decking on all buildings is 5/8 inch tongue & groove fir plywood. Skids and floor joists on all buildings are pressure treated. Exposed nails are ring shank & galvanized for maximum strength, which means no rust spots. All buildings come with locks and keys. Treated and fir buildings are water sealed with 3 year water sealer. Your choice of 30 year architectural shingles or 29 gauge metal roofs. Quality Construction:
Wall studs on pressure treated buildings, painted buildings, and fir buildings are 24 inch on center, doubled under siding seams to help seal building, same strength as 16 inch on center (as in home construction). Floor joists are 2×4′s, 16 inch on center and set into notched skids to prevent twisting (floor joists never span more than about 5 ft without being supported by a 4×6 skid). Floor joists are 12 inch on center on all Garages and 10×20 size buildings. Skids are pressure treated 4×6′s not 4×4′s. Quality Workmanship:

If you see a building you like, but want to add more options, remove an option, or move standard features, let us know. More than likely, we can fulfill your need. Our builders are very creative and are equipped to meet customer requests. On special order buildings, you can specify what kind of roof you would like.
