Some seriously insane progress photos. Back breaking satisfying work. The yard was a dump from the previous tenants. Clearing all of the trash was 40% of the battle. Under layers of dirt we’ve pulled up white granite rocks and started restoring the yard to what it may have looked like 20 years ago. @ Ridgewood, Queens

Rusty gold. A long time ago, we used to pay attention to detail. Got 4 awesome ornate cast iron radiators for sale. I couldn’t just throw them away, I feel like someone could really be looking for these to finish a rehab. They deserve a second life. @ Long Branch, New Jersey

This space is small, but it’s going to pack one mighty punch I can promise you! 🙌🏼💪🏼👊🏼 One trick for a space like this is multi-use furniture. @ Bushwick, Brooklyn
