Here’s Another deck completed just in time for the summer! We demolished the old pressure treated deck and build a new one from scratch with new footings and framing, new coastal grey composite deck boards with picture frame border to make is seamless and screw less, new vinyl railings with black round aluminum spindles, we also installed a brand new sliding glass door. Thanks to my crews for getting it done and on to the next customer in line!

For the past 4 months our crews have been back and forth renovating this huge 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath single house in Havertown for a local investor which will be on the market very shortly! No expense spared here everything is brand new!! Check out before and after photos of this amazing transformation! That double wide island and that massive kitchen is incredible! We just wrapped up a 3 season sunroom and platform deck in Holmes for a repeat customer! We love when customers call us back for more work!
We don’t just build your project! we build your trust and a relationship to last a lifetime!
This particular build we completely demolished the old deck and started from scratch with new deck framing and new footings for the new posts and beam to support the new roof structure. After it was all framed up we roofed it in, wrapped the exterior with vinyl siding, installed our screens, wrapped the soffits and fascias, and new gutter. For the inside all the walls were wrapped with PVC trim boards and white vinyl soffit for the ceiling, new ceiling fan installed, new platform deck with stairs down from sunroom, screen door, Trex decking for the sunroom and platform deck with picture frame border, and we skirted everything with new pvc lattice sheets around the bottom perimeter.
Rain or shine the party goes on in here for sure there is no stopping you now! Start shopping for that furniture and gear up for some summer rest, relaxation and plenty of fun!

Check out the final reveal of this massive 800sf custom deck in Springfield! We have been doing decks all winter for our customers so they can start spring out with a bang! This particular deck here we framed up and added Trex enhance color is Golden hour a nice light color followed by a darker railing which is Trex vintage lantern with black spindles, all decking is pictured framed even the stairs with the hideaway clip system in place making it entirely screw less and it’s also completely seamless meaning no 2 boards merge together it has been evenly boxed out with solid picture frame Boards and then grooved boards in between giving it that seamless look! We also added low voltage lighting on every post and in every stair riser with a 200 watt smart transformer that can be controlled from your phone. We then painted all the white PVC perimeter skirting a slate grey color to really make it pop! Stay tuned for the night shots and video walk through that will be posted later!

Check out a whole house renovation in Folsom my team has been working on for a local investor over the winter months. This 3 bedroom 1 bath twin will also be up for sale very soon!
This house needed a lot of love and the end result is outstanding! The before and after pics speak for themselves for sure! This house got new plumbing, electrical, bathroom, kitchen, floors, paint, appliances, exterior doors, and trim. Another one in the books for my A teams now on to the next one!

And just like that we completed yet another massive 600 square foot deck for a customer in Ridley park! Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you can’t get ahead of your spring and summer and get your dream Deck built!
This existing deck had no footings what so ever the posts were barely 12” in the ground and surprisingly it was still standing! We completed demolished the deck and installed brand new footings. We also had to fix the rotted house sheathing and the band board on the house because there was no flashing properly installed on the deck ridge board that was against the house. We then got everything framed up and we added a custom built in bench in the corner, 8’ tall rail posts to hang string lights on, low voltage lighting in the stair risers with a 200 watt smart transformer that can be controlled by an app on your phone and customer can add much more lighting in the future. We used Trex enhance Cinnamon cove with the hideaway clip system and picture frame Border around deck and steps, for the deck boards and veranda vinyl railings with black spindles. Then we wrapped the entire deck perimeter with PVC trim sheets and added an access panel underneath for storage, Finally we topped it all off with a brand new Anderson sliding patio door with built in blinds!!
