Spring is here—now is the time to get on our schedule for dethatching. This is one of the most important services you can do for your lawn.
Over time, lawns develop a layer of thatch—dead grass, roots, and debris that build up between the soil and healthy grass. When this layer becomes too thick, it blocks water, air, and nutrients from reaching the roots, leading to a thin, unhealthy lawn.
Dethatching removes that buildup and allows your lawn to breathe and absorb what it needs to thrive. The result is stronger roots, improved growth, and a thicker, greener lawn.
It also improves fertilizer effectiveness, reduces the risk of disease, and promotes healthy new growth throughout the season.
If you’re looking to give your lawn a fresh start this spring, dethatching is the foundation for a healthy, full lawn. Give us a call or text at (208)-881-7938. Joe Lloyd.
