This opens the grain and allows us to get a deeper more consistent stain. The grain raise also eliminates any micro scratches that may be left after buffing the floor in preparation for stain.

The best course of action when dealing with urine contamination from pets is to always replace the wood, however, we don’t always have that option.

The manufacturer of this specific pre-finished product doesn’t produce it in a Herringbone pattern, BUT WE DID!

Now the client has a perfect match for the rest of the flooring in the home.

The best work can be done when things are level and plumb.

We’re jacking up the flip house today and tidying up all the dips in it from years of settling.

We’re adding supports where they’re needed.

Everything is on top of poured footers that we dug, the jacks and 4x4’s will come out when we’re done addressing the structural issues and we’ll be right as rain!
