Today I've gotten a lot of calls saying their heat pump is not doing it's job. It's extremely cold out there. You need to put your thermostat on emergency heat, that will be warmer heat. After it warms up to about 25, turn it back to heat pump. If you leave it there instead of switching back and forth it will not raise your power bill a lot. Maybe a little but it's cold. Hello to all people who have reached out to me in the last month and a half or so needing repairs done or new systems installed. I know I’ve not gotten to everyone that I know I was supposed to. I’ve been working 15-17 hours a day trying my hardest to get to everyone, so if I have missed you, not showed up please forgive me. I’ve lost my list and now I can’t remember all who was on it.
